Two people were killed on boxing day a kilometre away from One Love Beach as they were guarding vehicles for those who had turned up for the Busaabala Ye Sebbo fete organised by Bobi Wine.
While addressing journalists, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine said that the two men who were killed were not staff of One Love Beach but were only making money from guarding people's cars.
He has also allocated part of his land so that a police post can be constructed to beef up security for the Busaabala area as a whole. He posted this on his wall;
"When you are the man of the moment, you will be blamed even for things that happen one kilometer away from your place, haters will try to put you down, they will try to destroy in one day what took you years of sweat and pain, but seek jah guidance for th truth will always be stronger than lies, Happy new year."
